Perhaps you have noticed a difference in the floral displays this year? A bright display of gold perhaps? This year, South Somerset District Council (SSDC) and Yeovil in Bloom has been growing gold for pollinators such as bees and butterflies. Bloomers across the country have been displaying gold flowers to attract pollinators as part of an initiative to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Britain in Bloom.
