Mountain of Feed Donated to Somerset Animal Sanctuary

image007A mountain of animal feed has recently been donated to Ferne Animal Sanctuary. Helen Lacey, MD at Red Berry Recruitment, together with her staff in Shepton Mallett, Yeovil, Bridgwater and Taunton, decided to help the Sanctuary by asking all their contacts to donate whatever they could. Somerset Animal Sanctuary Needs Home for Endangered Breed Ponies

image001Ferne Animal Sanctuary is urgently seeking a new home for Quiver and Quintus, two rare breed Eriskay ponies. They originally came to live at the Sanctuary when due to the owners’ ill-health they could no longer be cared for. Despite Ferne rehoming them again, unfortunately, nearly three years on, Quiver and Quintus have now lost their grazing home due to the land being redeveloped for housing.
