A 43 year old woman who had a double mastectomy as a result of finding she had the BRCA1 gene has been helped by a Somerset based specialist bra fitting service, Orchid Lingerie, which has made her “feel like a woman” again. Angling reopens at Chard Reservoir
South Somerset District Council and Chard Angling Club are delighted to be welcoming anglers back to Chard Reservoir Local Nature Reserve from Monday 17 October. National education charity, Achievement for All, is calling for schools in Somerset to implement its schools programme after an independent review by PwC revealed that disadvantaged pupils from schools supported by the charity are closing the achievement gap with their peers in reading, writing and maths.
