A team of highly-skilled artists from Zigong in China’s Sichuan province are hard at work creating thousands of giant illuminated lanterns as part of The Festival of Light event which opens at Longleat in Wiltshire on November 11th. Among the extraordinary artworks are a trio of life-size porcelain elephants, painstakingly made out of thousands of individual Chinese plates, bowls, cups and spoons. Full story: Read more
The skies above Longleat were filled with the spectacular sight of dozens of hot air balloons as part of a brand new ‘Sky Safari’ extravaganza (September 16th – 18th). The event, which was supported by Exclusive Ballooning, was the latest in a year-long series of celebrations to mark the 50th anniversary of Longleat Safari Park. Full story: Read more
