LONGLEAT JOINS FORCES WITH THE NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM TO BRING T. REX ROARING BACK TO LIFE

A stunning new interactive indoor exhibition, featuring a 13-metre-long life-sized Tyrannosaurus rex, roars into action at Longleat later this month. Running from May 24th to September 3rd, ‘T. rex: The Killer Question’ transports visitors back through time to come face to face with the fiercest dinosaur ever to have roamed the planet. SOMERSET WILDLIFE TRUST REPORTS NEW RECORD FOR BITTERN ON ITS RESERVES

Somerset Wildlife Trust are pleased to say that following its annual spring Bittern count, 11 booming Bittern males were recorded on their Westhay Moor, Westhay Heath and Catcott Nature Reserves  – the highest number since surveying on these sites began. Full story: Read more
