We are extremely fortunate this year to have Lt. Gen. Sir Robert Fry KCB, CBE as our speaker; he will be giving an illustrated talk in Batcombe Village Hall on Friday 9th October at 6pm. AN INVITATION TO VE DAY VETERANS
The Legion calls on VE Day veterans to play part in national commemorations. The Royal British Legion will join the nation in marking the 70th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day (VE Day) over the weekend of 8-10 May.
