THIS Saturday, 18th January, Sherborne Jazz will be hosting a VERY special quartet at the Plume of Feathers in Sherborne. Mark Lockheart on saxes, and John Parricelli on guitar, lead this star quartet featuring ace drummer Dave Smith and long-time collaborator Dudley Phillips on bass. These friends have been creating interesting, exciting, and stunningly beautiful music together since their days in the seminal 80’s band Loose Tubes. “Lockheart’s music slides in upon you with a mixture of imagination and craftsmanship that is irresistible”.
