Ferne Animal Sanctuary in Wambrook, near Chard, Somerset are inviting everyone, whatever their ability, to come along and learn how to bake bread with their resident chef, Richard Kingdon. Participants will learn how to prepare and cook varieties including Irish soda bread, focaccia and gluten free. Chef Richard said: “I’m really looking forward to running these cookery classes.
