Adele Parham and Philippa O’Grady, who have been training at Oxley Sports Centre in Sherborne, both won medals in the British Gas Masters and Senior Age Group swimming Championships 2013. Adele, who is in the 45-49 age group, won Silver in the 1500m F/S and Bronze in the 400m Individual Medley, whilst Philippa, who competed in the 40-44 age group, picked up a Silver medal in the 200m Butterfly and 200m Individual Medley and Bronze in the 100m Butterfly.
