Pip Utton, Adolf
‘The master of the one-man show’ – The Guardian.
Fresh from The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, where Pip performed four of his incredibly successful shows from his repertoire, he brings ‘Adolf’ to Gillingham School theatre on Thursday 19th October at 7.30pm. Described by The Scotsman as “Terrifying, searing, transfixing” and BBC Radio 4 said “If you only see one show, see Adolf”.
One of the most extraordinary, successful and powerful solo works ever presented. It is live theatre at its best with a theme and subject that touches us all; powerful, challenging, divisive and illustrative. ‘Adolf’ is utterly provocative and totally necessary, everyone should experience it.
Utton has reserved a sting for his tale… a sting so powerful it forces the audience to look within themselves to question their own prejudices and intolerance.
