Longleat is launching a nationwide competition to find two wild amateur photographers of the year to feature in a new exhibition celebrating the 50th anniversary of their safari park. In April 1966 Longleat hit the headlines around the world when it became the first place outside of Africa to open a safari park. Leweston Pupil Awarded Top Cambridge University Chemistry Award
Leweston Sixth Former and Academic Scholar, Katarzyna Zator, has won the highest award for excellence, the Roentgenium Award, at the prestigious and highly competitive Cambridge University Chemistry Challenge Competition. This remarkable achievement placed Katarzyna in the top 0.7% of over 8,000 entrants nationwide and qualified her to attend a 3 day residential Chemistry Camp at the University. Full story: Read more
