The Wells Recreation Ground Trust is to approach the Heritage Lottery Fund to establish how much grant funding could be available for improvements to the recreation ground and Bishop’s Barn. Help Gryphon Leisure Centre raise money for Sport Relief 2014
Residents are being asked to dig out their running kits to help raise money for Sport Relief at Gryphon Leisure Centre in Sherborne. The leisure centre team helped raise over £2,000 for Sport Relief last year and they would like as many people as possible to run a Sport Relief Mile to beat last year’s target. Gryphon Leisure Centre, which is run by the district council, will be hosting the event on Sunday 23 March at the centre at 11.30am.
