As well as the away kit they are also sponsoring the reserve team’s home kit and the Under 18s kit. Yeovil’s Air Raid Patrol Wardens – Can you help identify them?

Yeovil ARP WardensSouth Somerset District Council’s Community Heritage Access Centre (CHAC) in Yeovil are pleased to receive a donation of a photograph of Air Raid Patrol (ARP) Wardens in the town during World War II, donated by one of the people pictured in it. Previously, the centre only held one photograph of an individual ARP warden in Yeovil, so this photograph starts to fill a considerable gap in the collection and helps piece together Yeovil’s history during World War II. Richard Huish College is on hand to help during National Apprenticeship Week. The Richard Huish College Apprenticeship team will be on hand to give advice about Apprenticeships during National Apprenticeship Week, Monday 9th March to Friday 13th March. This academic year Huish will have worked with 470 apprentices and more than 200 employers in Somerset and neighbouring parts of Devon including Nuffield Health, Musgrove Park Hospital, WPA, AC Mole & Sons, B.J.Dixon Walsh, Vapormatt and Viridor.
