Wells Tennis Club is getting ready to host its annual open day on Saturday 22nd April. All five courts and two mini courts will be packed with free tennis-related activities from 9.30am until 2.00pm. As well as a chance to try tennis with a coach there will be crafts for children, hook the ball competitions, refreshments and discounted memberships on offer. South Somerset District Council is backing The Great British Spring Clean, a nationwide campaign to get half a million people out and about cleaning up their local communities over the weekend of March 3-5.
