Find out more about your local areas – Discover and explore South Somerset

Discover15_COVER_lo-resMake sure you and your visitors enjoy the very best of our local area with the new 2015 Discover South Somerset guide.

This 44 page free guide includes sections on stunning countryside and wildlife, details of the many interesting and varied attractions and some of the great food and drink companies in the area. There is also a handy map at the back of the guide along with a calendar of local events and markets.

An additional 35,000 copies have been printed this year and will be distributed in the London and South East thanks to additional funding by the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills as part of a fund to directly address the perception of ongoing flood issues on Somerset’s Level’s and Moors. This promotion of the area as a visitor destination will certainly help to increase trade for flood-affected businesses, encouraging new visitors to explore the stunning Levels and Moors.
