The fabulous Plant Fair this Sunday, March 3rd at Forde Abbey in Somerset.

Lots of specialist plant nurseries exhibiting and stylish garden accessories to choose from. Located in the picturesque walled garden of this former Cistercian Monastery. Enjoy the spectacular carpets of snowdrops in the grounds too! They have been flowering for many weeks and are still looking stunning with the cold weather really suiting them. Maiden Newton At WarThis very popular and now well established event in West Dorset is facing a mini crisis. Maiden Newton at War saw its third and most successful event in June 2012. The event sets out to mark the difficult war years and to remember the contribution that Maiden Newton made to the war effort and the sacrifices that many people from our communities made. The Big Push for Garden Re-Leaf Day
