Dyne Drewett solicitors announces exciting new relocation plans

Legal 500 law firm Dyne Drewett has employed the services of Exeter-based commercial property advisers Space to oversee its forthcoming relocation to new premises. After decades at Cheap Street in Sherborne and at Market Place in Wincanton, the 200-year-old regional law firm will move into newly refurbished offices in Sherborne Business Centre (above) this summer. It will continue to retain its office serving Mendip and East Somerset in Shepton Mallet.

Justin Hopkins, Head of Commercial at Dyne Drewett, said: “This is an exciting move for us. We constantly strive to be up-to-date while adhering to the virtues that have seen the firm through its long history. We look forward to continuing to give our existing and established clients and friends the excellent service we always have and to making new friends and contacts at our new home, to enable us to continue to nurture and grow our business.”

Tim Wadsworth, Managing Director of Space, said: “Moving business premises isn’t something you do every day, so our job is to make sure everything is in place to ensure the move goes smoothly. Dyne Drewett wanted a fresh, bright and modern open-plan working environment with a number of meeting rooms, car parking space for clients and room to grow, so Sherborne Business Centre was an obvious choice. It has been a pleasure working with the team to find out more about their needs as well as their clients.”
