Harry’s Cider to unveil a new member of the family on Apple Day

Somerset craft cider company Harry’s Cider is extending its range with a new bottled cider called Applemoor, which will be available from 21 October, also known as Apple Day. A medium cider with a rich fruity aroma, Applemoor is light and silky with a mellow finish that balances sweetness and tannin, maintaining the taste and character of a Somerset cider but with a relatively low alcohol level. Godminster Organic Brie recognised at the Great British Cheese Awards

Godminster Organic Brie was named runner-up as the People’s Choice Cheese at the Great British Cheese Awards 2017 (www.greatbritishcheeseawards.com). The Great British Cheese awards celebrate the best of British cheese produced and distributed by independent cheese makers and retailers. Now in their second year, the awards stand apart from other events as the general public have a large influence on recognising and rewarding outstanding British cheese and this year saw a record number of entries and over 9,000 people voted for their favourite cheeses, producers and retailers. AVALON MARSHES SITES CHOSEN FOR WETLAND PROJECT
