Chamber highlights apprenticeship opportunity for school leavers

CLARKE WILLMOTT STAFF GET ON THEIR BIKES FOR ST MARGARET’S HOSPICE

Six cyclists from Taunton law firm Clarke Willmott LLP have completed a 78-mile charity bike ride from Taunton to Yeovil. Kate Gardner, Thomas Halford, Phil Roberts, Paul Hazeldine, Mary Pike and Amy Pike took part in the ride from St. Margaret’s Hospice in Taunton to the St. Margaret’s Hospice in Yeovil and back again to raise funds for the charity. Local ladies celebrate summer dining

It was time to raise a glass or two at a recent Summer Dining flower arranging workshop held at Combe St Nicholas Village Hall, near Chard in Somerset. With great enthusiasm and an abundance of beautiful roses, ladies from Chard, Ilminster, Wadeford, Combe St Nicholas, Yeovil and Axminster learnt how to make three designs for their summer dining room tables.
