Castle CaryA welfare benefits surgery is set to open to the public in Castle Cary on Friday 24 May. It’s an opportunity for residents to drop in and seek advice or speak with a Support Officer in a pre-booked time slot about their welfare benefits. The surgery has been organised by South Somerset District Council so that residents can check what benefits they may be entitled to, receive help in applying and review “what if” calculations if their circumstances change.
