Notes

Dr Steve Rothwell and his team are dedicated to sustainable and environmentally Nature Friendly Farming. They are the first and only fresh produce farms to have been awarded Nature Friendly Farming status by Conservation Grade.

This type of farming is scientifically proven to significantly increase biodiversity and restore wildlife to the countryside. Conservation Grade is a unique sustainability protocol where 10% of the land is dedicated to nature building special habitats to encourage wildlife.

As well as caring about the environment, Steve and his team want the baby leaves they have lovingly grown to be as fresh, natural and delicious as they can be. They have developed a revolutionary chiller that rapidly cools the leaves within 60 minutes of them being harvested, keeping them deliciously fresh and tasty.
